BPM failure: Focus on process design and quality

ebizQ has published an edited transcript of the recent taraneon interview podcast with Peter Schooff on the topic of process quality and process design on their website. In the interview we argue that many of the process errors and weaknesses discovered during process operations could be avoided by implementing process quality control methods as early as in the process design phase instead of relying only on testing the supporting IT systems.
