When arguing the case for BPM and Enterprise Architecture Management I have always tried to use examples from outside the business world. To my mind, the following clip is as perfect an illustration of the fragile and constantly changing equilibrium between processes, IT, organisation and data as you will ever find. So here is the gist of our understanding of the problem of architecture management compressed into seven and a half minutes.
